Hello Janet! ✨
So I’ve been sitting with how to explain to you how much our hike experience last week has absolutely transformed my life, but honestly haven’t been able to put it all in the best words ☺️ Here’s my attempt tho:
I feel like as much as it was energetically very healing for me, I walked away with powerful perspectives for living differently. You helped me allow my christ self to step in when I may be ‘interfered’ with or dealing with a negative program. It was amazing to experience this and to receive a wake up call that I have been running on so many disempowering programs that keeps me susceptible to other energies/interference and also poor health. And I’ve been trying to fight my way out of them without bringing in my higher levels of self!
So everyday I’ve just been trying to allow my christ self/divine self to show me how to live the higher timeline, and to take care of things that arise for me in the moment. I’m not a pro at it yet, and must admit there have been struggles – it’s just a completely different living experience for me but one that is so positive and incredible! 🌟
It’s been really amazing to feel more of this divine presence within me and to work with it in a different way – and to know it’s actually within me instead of something I’m needing to invoke or invite forward.
So this is how I’d describe my noticing so far, but I know I’m not capturing our hikes full impact completely! I couldn’t be more grateful for how mind opening/eye opening/ heart opening that morning was for me😊🙏🏼💗

Janet has a way of seeing into the core of issues and blocks. Particularly around wounding. She identifies blind spots (both emotional and physical) in a way I’ve never experienced. Like some wild sonar, she sniffs them out. She is incredibly intuitive around the body. She zoned in on an area of my body I’d been having pain issues with for decades, but I hadn’t said anything about it! She just felt it! and read into the deeper aspects of it’s origins. If you are stuck in any way and desire deep deep intuition and guidance, Janet will take you up an octave around whatever challenge you are facing. Your attention to every detail was so beautiful to watch and meant that not only could we relax and enjoy, but we I felt so loved and supported in the whole process. And for me, when I arrived in the throes of grief, that care was especially healing.
